MANGO ICE-CREAM

INGREDIENTS:- Mango Pulp–30 oz can(or you can use 3 nd 1/2 cups of fresh mango pulp,I used both 2 cups can and 1 nd 1/2 cups fresh) Sweetened Condensed Milk–14 oz can Heavy Whipped cream–1 cup Few fresh Mango cubed for garnishing(optional) An air tight container METHOD:- 1-Chill the clean bowl of a stand mixer and the whisk attachment in the freezer for 15-20 minutes.Add heavy whipped cream to the bowl and whisk on high speed until medium peaks form, about 2 minutes. (Alternatively,you can use a hand whisk and a large chilled bowl.Whisk heavy whipped cream until medium peaks form, about 5 to 6 minutes.) 2-Add mango pulp and condensed milk in the cream bowl and fold them properly but very gently. 3-Transfer to an airtight container and freeze until firm or 5-6 hours or overnight. 4-Top with some fresh cubed mango and serve chilled. Biryani is a rice-based dish made with spices, rice (usually basmati) and chicken, mutton, fish, eggs, or vegetables.Biryani was believed to have been invented in the kitchen of the Muslim Mughal Emperors. It is very popular in South Asia and is a key element of the South Asian cuisine. Hyderabad, Malabar, Delhi, Agra, Dhaka, Kashmir, Kolkata, Lucknow and Lahore, are the main centres of biryani cuisine. A typical biryani meal provides 500 kCal of energy. ICED TEA

Iced tea  is a form of cold tea,usually served in a glass with ice.It may or may not be sweetened.Iced tea is also a popular packaged drink. It can be mixed with flavored syrup,with common flavors including ginger,lemon, peach, raspberry, lime, passion fruit, strawberry and cherry.Iced tea is traditionally served with lemon slice used as a garnish,which is often placed on the rim of the glass.So let's start..... INGREDIENTS:- Yogurt-1 cup Grated coconut-1 cup Apple-1(peeled and cut into small chunks) Mango ginger-1 inch(if you don't find mango ginger then use 1/2 inch plain ginger) Green chilies-2 Lemon juice-2 tsp(If your yogurt is taste very sour then don't add lemon juice) Mint leaves-a handful Roasted cumin-chili powder-1/4 tsp Black salt-1/4 tsp Sugar-1 tbsp Salt to taste FOR SEASONING:- Oil-1 tsp Mustard seeds-1/4 tsp Dry red chili-2 Curry leaves-4-5 METHOD:- 1-Crush the mint leaves and ginger,extract the juice.Keep aside. 2-In a bowl whisk yogurt,add cumin-chili powder,mint,ginger and lemon juice,sugar,black salt,salt and 3-4 tbs water.Mix well and keep aside. 3-Grind the apple chunks,grated coconut and green chili(add water if required)and mix well with yogurt mixture. 4-Heat the oil in a pan,add dry chilies,curry leaves and panch phutan.When they start to pop,pour over the yogurt-coconut mixture. 5-Serve with rice,paratha,chakuli pitha,dosa,ba

INGREDIENTS:- Chicken breast- 500gms Chopped cabbage-1/4 cup Chopped carrot-1/2 cup Chopped Onion-1/4 cup Chopped coriander-1/4 cup Green chili-2 Ginger-garlic paste-1 tbsp Chili powder-3 tsp or to taste Bread crumbs-1/2 cups or as needed Shan shami kabab mix or garam masala-1/4 cup or 1 tbsp(if you don't find shami kabab mix then simply add garam masala powder) Egg white-1 Lemon Juice-1 Oil-1 tbsp Salt to taste Oil for shallow frying METHOD:- 1-Grind chicken breast in a mixer.transfer to a bowl and keep aside. 2-Coarsely grind chopped cabbage,carrot,onion,coriander leaves and green chilies and transfer to the chicken bowl.  3-Add ginger-garlic paste,lemon juice of 1 lemon,red chili powder,shami kabab mix,egg white,1 tbsp of oil and bread crumbs,mix very well and form a smooth dough if it.  4-Take each portion in your palm make a tennis ball sized ball.Now flatten it to make tikki.Smooth out the edges of the tikkies and keep asi
