Banoffee pie  is an English dessert pie made from bananas, cream and toffee from boiled condensed milk (or dulce de leche), either on a pastry base or one made from crumbled biscuits and butter. Some versions of the recipe also include chocolate, coffee or both.Its name is a portmanteau constructed from the words "banana" and "toffee"


Graham cracker crumbs-1 1/2 cups
Butter-1 cup
Condensed milk-1 can
Heavy whipped cream-2 cups(8 ounce)
Bananas(ripe)-2 large
Grated chocolate(for decoration)-


1-Tip the cracker crumbs into a bowl. Add the butter and mix in. Spoon the crumbs into the base and about halfway up the sides of the tin to make a pie shell. Chill for 10 minutes.

2-In a sauce pan, boil an unopened can of sweetened condensed milk for 3 hours on low heat. Monitor the water closely, to make sure there is always water in the pan. Remove can from heat and let cool for 1 hour.

 3-Open can and pour toffee into pie crust.Allow to cool.

Ripe Mango-2
Apple-2 small
Banana-1 large
Orange-3 (i used navel oranges)
Lemon juice-3 tbsp
Water-1 cup
Sugar to taste
Ice cubes--5-6(if desired)
Handful of sweet cherries for garnish


1-Wash,peel and cut apples in to chunks and keep ready,peel banana n cut into slices.
2-Wash,cut and scoop out the pulp from mangoes and keep aside.Cut oranges & squeeze juice and keep ready.
3-In a blender first blend apple to a smooth puree then add banana to it and run for few seconds.
4-Then add mango blend it for another few seconds and lastly add orange juice,lemon juice,water,sugar and ice cubes and blend it till smooth.
5-Now your mixed fruit Mango juice is ready.Garnish with some red cherries and serve chilled.
