-In a bowl mix gram flour(all purpose flour),corn flour,ginger-garlic paste, pepper powder, chili powder, salt and water to make a thick coating batter(not too thick and not too thin).Marinade the paneer cubes in the batter and keep aside for 10-12 mints.
-Heat oil in a pan for deep frying. When the oil is hot add the marinade paneer cubes and deep fry until they turn light golden brown in color(don't overload the pan).Drain the paneer pieces on to a kitchen towel.Keep aside rest of the marinade batter.
-Heat oil in a pan and add chopped ginger, garlic and fry until light brown in color.Add onions, green chillies and capsicum.Cook until the onions turn transparent or for 2-3 mins.
-Reduce the flame and add soy sauce, vinegar, tomato ketchup, red chili sauce, ajinomoto, salt and pepper.Mix all the sauces properly on low flame for a minute.
-Add the fried paneer pieces and the remaining batter and stir fry on medium heat for 3-4 minutes until the sauce comes around and thickens due to the batter.
