Tandoori fish is a delicious, tangy and mildly spiced fish baked in the oven. You can use any fleshy fish fillet.I used catfish. You can also use Tuna and tilapia fish for this recipe. This is the best recipe for those who do not like much  of fishy flavor. The Tandoori masala and the marination seem to reduce the smell and the result is very soft, moist and tasty.

Fish steaks/fillets(of your choice)-4 Nos.(I used sword fish)
Yogurt-2 tbsp
Tandoori masala-2 tbsp
Lemon juice-2 tsp
Ginger-garlic paste-1 tbsp
Chopped green chili-4
Chili powder-2 tsp
Coriander powder-1/2 tsp
Cumin powder-1/2 tsp
Salt as required
Oil-1 tbsp(I used mustard oil)
Food colour-a pinch(optional)

1-Wash the fish well.Mix all the above ingredients except fish.If required, add a little salt.
2-Coat the fish with the masala and let it marinate in the fridge for a couple of hours.(let overnight is better)
3-Bake at 350 degrees for about 20-25 minutes or you could also shallow fry it in a pan till done.
4-Squeeze some lemon juice over it just before serving.
5-Serve the tandoori fish with some lemon wedges and some onion rings.
