Lassi is a popular and traditional yogurt-based drink which originates in the Punjab region.It is made by blending yogurt with water and spices.Traditional lassi (also known as salted lassi, or, simply lassi) is a savory drink sometimes flavored with ground roasted cumin while sweet lassi on the other hand is blended with sugar or fruits instead of spices.


Yogurt-2 cups
Fresh Mint leaves-1/2 cup
Ginger juice-1 tsp
Roasted cumin powder-1 tsp+1/4 tsp
Water-3/4 cup
Ice cubes-4
Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Black salt to taste


1-Place mint,cumin powder and black salt in a blender and making a paste.
2-Then add yogurt and water and blend until mint yogurt mixture is smooth.
3-Place ice cubes in glass and pour lassi over ice cubes.
4-Sprinkle some roasted cumin powder,garnish with some mint leaves and serve.
