MANGO LASSI

Mango lassi is gaining popularity worldwide.It is made from yogurt,water and mango pulp. It may be made with or without additional sugar.It is widely available in UK, Malaysia and Singapore, and in many other parts of the world. In various parts of Canada, mango lassi is a cold drink consisting of sweetened kesar mango pulp mixed with yogurt,cream, or ice cream.It is served in a tall glass with a straw,often with ground pistachio nuts sprinkled on top.


INGREDIENTS:-

Sweet mango-1 large(peeled,stone removed and cut into small pieces)
Plain yogurt-1 cup
Sugar(depending on how sweet your mango)-2-3 tbsp
Ground ginger-1 tsp
Milk-1/2 cup
Chopped pistachios-2 tbsp(for garnish)

METHOD:-

1-Put all the ingredients except the milk in food processor and blend together.
2-Add the milk, a little by little until you reach a consistency you like.Throw in some ice cubes.
3-Pour the lassi in a glass and garnish with chopped pistachios and serve chilled.
