Gram flour-1 1/2 cups
Whole wheat-1 1/2 cups
Chopped onion-1 small
Chopped green chili-4
Chopped coriander leaves-2 tbsp
Dry fenugreek leaves-1 tbsp
Carrom seeds-1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Chat masala-1 tsp
Red chili powder-1/2 tsp
Oil-2 tsp
Salt 2 taste
Pomegranate seeds-1 tbsp(I didn't have any but you use it if you have them)
Warm water-1 cup
Oil/butter as required


1-Combine all ingredients except oil/butter together in one bowl and make soft dough.
2-let it rest for 10 minutes under a covered cloth.

 3-Now divide the dough into equal portions.Grease each portion with little oil and
flat out each portion by using rolling pin or palm and dust little flour if needed.
4-Now heat the tawa and cook till to cook well and grease little oil/butter on the top.

5-Serve hot with curries,pickles and curd.
