MICROWAVE MUG CAKE

INGREDIENTS:-

All purpose flour(maida)-1/2 cup
Sugar-4 tbsp
Milk(should be in a room temp)-6 tbsp
Cocoa powder-1 1/2 tbsp
Baking soda-1/4 tsp
Baking powder-1/2 tsp
Vanilla essence-1/2 tsp
Melted Butter/veg oil-3 tbsp
Salt-1/4 tsp
Lemon juice/vinegar-1 tbsp/1/2 tbsp
Butter or cooking spray(for grease)
Microwave safe dish or mug or ramekin moulds

METHOD:-

1-In a bowl add all dry ingredients(flour,cocoa powder,baking soda,baking powder and salt) and mix together,keep aside.
2-In another bowl add sugar and melted butter/oil,whisk well.
3-Then add milk and vanilla essence,and whisk to combine.
4-Mix all dry ingredients into it and whisk until everything is well mixed,don't over mix.
5-Then add lemon juice/vinegar and mix it quickly.
6-Pour the batter into a greased microwave safe bowl or mug or ramekin moulds.
7-Bake this cake mix in microwave for 2 mins and 30 secs in a high temp.
8-Cooking time might vary depending on the microwave,if the center of the cake is not cooked well even after 2 minutes and 30 seconds,microwave for a few more seconds.
9-Cool it completely in room temp.Now cake is ready.
10-Garnish with powdered sugar and Serve with chocolate sauce or whipped cream or ice cream or chocolate chips.
