Vermicelli-1 cup
Milk-3 cup
Water-1 cup
Sugar-1/2 cup
Ghee-1 tsp
Cardamom powder-1/2 tsp
Chopped cashew nuts and almonds-1 tbsp


1-Boil 1 cup water and 3 cup milk.
2-In a pan heat ghee fry the cashew nuts and almonds for a min,keep aside.
3-Then heat remaining ghee add vermicelli and fry till light brown.
3-When milk starts boiling add the vermicelli and cover it,stir occasionally.
4-Once the vermicelli becomes soft,add the sugar and cardamom powder and continue to stir.
5-Add cashew nuts and almonds,mix well and turn off the heat in a couple of minutes.
6-Serve hot or cold.
