MASALA MILK



INGREDIENTS:-

Milk-2 1/2 cups
Sugar-2 tbsp
Cinnamon powder-a pinch
Cardamom powder-1/4 tsp
Nutmeg powder-a pinch
Almonds-5
Pistachios-6
Saffron-a pinch

METHOD:-

1-Soak badam and pista in water for 2 hours.
2-Then peel of the skin and chop them finely / grind them in a mixer to a paste.
3-Boil the milk in a saucepan,then add cinnamon powder,cardamom powder,nutmeg powder and saffron.
4-Boil till it reduces in volume and the aroma of spices are well mixed with the milk.
5-Now add the sugar,chopped almonds and pistachios,mix well.
6-Boil for 5 mins and switch off the flame.
7-Garnish with chopped pista,serve hot in winter or cold in summer.
