CHICKEN WHITE SAUCE PIZZA

INGREDIENTS:-

FOR DOUGH:

All purpose flour-1 1/2 cups
Whole wheat-1/2 cup
Active dry yeast-1 package
Olive oil or vegetable oil-1 tbsp
Oil for grease-2 tsp
1/2 teaspoon salt
sugar-1tsp
Warm water- 3/4 cups(about 110 degree F)

FOR TOPPINGS:
White sauce
Grilled chicken
Bell peppers
Jalapeno
Onions
Cheese

METHOD:-

1-In a bowl,combine the water,yeast, and sugar and stir to combine.
2-Let sit until the mixture is foamy about 5 minutes.
3-In a large bowl combine all purpose flour,whole wheat,oil and salt.
4-Mixing by hand until it is all incorporated and the mixture is smooth.
5-Add yeast mixture, process until dough forms a sticky ball.
6-Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth but still slightly tacky,3 to 5 min.
7-Oil a large mixing bowl with the remaining 2 teaspoons oil,Place the dough in the bowl and turn to oil all sides.
8-Cover bowl with plastic wrap and let dough rise in warm draft-free area until doubled in volume,about 2 hour.
9-Punch down dough and shape into a ball,press out ball into a circle.
10-Then transfer to an oiled or flour grease pizza pan and continue to stretch the dough until it fits the pan.
11-Top with white sauce and spreading out using the back of a spoon.
12-Layer on some grilled chicken,add some sliced bell peppers,chopped onions,jalapeno and sprinkle with cheese.
13-Bake at 400 degrees C (190 degrees C) for 15 to 20 minutes.
14-When the bottom looks slightly browned and the pizza looks bubbly,remove from oven.
15-Now cut your pizza using a pizza cutter and enjoy with coke.
