Thick yogurt-1 cup(whisked)
Milk-1 cup
Sweetened condensed milk-1 cup
Pistachio nuts-1 tbsp (blanched and slivered )
Cashew nuts-1 tbsp (blanched and slivered )
Raisins-1 tbsp


1-In a bowl take yogurt and condensed milk and mix.
2-Then add milk and mix properly.
3-Add pistachios,cashew and raisins and mix well.
4-Transfer the mixture into a steamer container or  ramekin moulds.
5-Cover with aluminium foil and place in the steamer.
6-Cover the steamer and steam for 20-25 minutes.
7-Then take it out from steamer and remove the aluminium foil.
8-Let  it cool in the room temperature.
9-Then refrigerate it for about 2-3 hours.
10-Serve chilled.
