SHRIMP FETTUCCINE PASTA


INGREDIENTS:-

Pasta-1 box linguine
Medium size shrimp-1 cup(Peeled Deveined and wash)
Sliced Onions-1/2 cup
Sliced Green pepper-1/2 cup
Baby corn-1/2 cup
Broccoli florets-1/2 cup
Sliced Carrot-1/2 cup
Green peas-1/2 cup
Dry red chili-4
Chopped garlic-2 tbsp
shredded cheddar cheese-1/2 cup
Olive oil-2 tbsp
Garlic powder-1/2 tsp
Black pepper-1 tsp
Italian White garlic sauce-2 cups(pasta sauce is easily available in the market,if you can't find it then use homemade-see my recipe here)
salt to taste

METHOD-

1-Bring a large pot of water to a boil over high heat.
2-Add salt,1 tsp olive oil and 1 box linguine pasta.
3-Cook till 10 mins and drain,keep it aside.
4-Meanwhile,heat 1 tbsp olive oil in pan add shrimps,salt,pepper,garlic powder and fry for 2-3 mins,remove from pan and keep aside.
5-Heat remaining olive oil,add dry chili and chopped garlic,fry for 30 sec.
6-Add sliced onions and fry for a min,then add all the vegetables and salt,saute till all the water of vegetables is absorbed.
7-Add fried shrimps and mix well,add white garlic sauce and saute for 4 mins.
8-Sprinkle 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese and mix immediately.Cook it for 2 mins and serve hot.
